Project Scheduling Specialist
A highly skilled Project Scheduling Specialist is required to ensure the effective execution of projects within the scope of time, resources, and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.
* Prepare weekly and monthly project dashboards, KPI reports, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, and progress analyses.
Requirements:
Strong educational background in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
* 35 years of experience in project controls, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing sector.
* Experience working on capital projects, facility upgrades, automation, or equipment installations is a plus.
