Sales Executive - Commercial Insurance

Location: Navan, you will cover Navan area and surroundings area but not much further.
Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong commercial insurance background? My client is looking for a driven individual to join their team in an client visits/on-the-road advisory role, handling larger policies and new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales advisor or junior sales experience to grow their career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:
1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in Personal and Commercial business, including new business and renewals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties.
3. Manage larger policies while identifying potential new customers for business development.
4. Operate in line with company standards.
5. Collaborate closely with local financial advisors to enhance overall service delivery to customers.
6. Continuously improve personal sales skills, technical knowledge, and industry expertise.
What we're looking for:
7. Proven experience in commercial, agricultural, or insurance sales.
8. Full APA (Commercial Insurance) and CIP qualifications preferred.
9. Strong commercial and insurance knowledge.
10. Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
11. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and e-learning.

13. Base salary: €50,000 + €14,000 OTE
