Our client, a leading construction company, is looking to hire a
Senior Health & Safety Advisor
for a project in Co. Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take a leadership role in managing health and safety across a large residential development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the health and safety operations on the project.
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Promote a strong safety culture across the project site, ensuring all teams are engaged in safety protocols.
* Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is consistently maintained.
* Prepare and maintain safety reports, ensuring the project stays within legal requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
* 7-10+ years of EHS experience, with a strong background in the construction sector.
* Proven experience leading health and safety on residential projects.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessment, and safety management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage project teams.
* NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is essential.
