The Role:
* Advise on construction and infrastructure projects (commercial, public, energy, etc.)
* Draft and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts
* Advise on risk, procurement, and project structuring
* Represent clients in adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
* Work closely with clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and state bodies
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years' PQE in construction law (contentious or advisory)
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC, RIAI, NEC, etc.)
* Experience working with large commercial clients or infrastructure projects
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to work in a high-performing team
