Project ManagerLocation: CorkDuration: 18 monthsHours: 39This position has accountability for the comprehensive end to end project plans for the separation of the DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites from Johnson and Johnson. The scope is all IT systems and applications supporting the manufacturing processRoles and ResponsibilitiesBuild & maintain detailed end to end project plans for DPS Make regions and sites. Scope will include but is not limited to plan/design for Make application migrations, DPS connectivity cutover, MLL/End user PC re-imaging/readiness, and printer/peripheral readiness.Partner with interdependent workstream leaders to integrate key milestones into the Joints Make project plan.Independently work with other functional teams (eg business users, technology services teams, technical quality, software quality assurance, ERP team, etc) to build a comprehensive E2E timeline with interdependencies/critical path for DPS Make.Lead steering committee meetings with key stakeholdersLead daily scrum calls with functional teams for status updates against the project planComplete interdependent analysis to optimize the timeline, costs, and upper level program milestonesThis resource will complete the tactical details in Microsoft Projects; end state will be an aligned E2E project plan with future resources clearly identifiedHow to SucceedBachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field5+ years of technical project management with accountability for large scale, complex projects with multiple dependencies and priorities.Proven track record in project management/leadership is required.Good Communication skills. Shown ability to work efficiently with business and technology partners to understand business requirements.Experience working in a Shared Services model where development and support services are provided by virtual, multi-location, multi-functional teamsLeadership experience in building teams with the above capabilitiesPreferred:Life Science industry IT systems experienceExperience in project execution utilizing Agile / JIRA / rRDM methodologyComprehensive project delivery experienceBenefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
