Key Leadership Opportunity in Billing and Collections
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collections Leader to drive service-to-cash excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of five professionals.
* Manage team structure and workload allocation.
* Drive performance culture centred on key financial metrics.
* Oversee onboarding and ongoing development programmes.
* Improve Lockup Day metrics through continuous benchmarking.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as a strategic escalation point for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Legal Administration to enhance reporting and support.
* Advise on client fee structures and forecasting processes.
Billing and Process Excellence:
* Lead financial reviews and ensure data integrity.
* Solve complex billing issues, e.g., e-billing, multi-payor matters.
* Introduce automation and tools to drive office billing KPIs.
Cash Collection and Lockup Management:
* Guide credit control strategy and aged debt recovery.
* Ensure adherence to firm-wide billing policies and standards.
* Analyse WIP trends to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
Educational Background and Experience Required:
* Professional qualification: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
* At least 4-5 years' experience in billing management in legal or professional services.
Necessary Skills:
* Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, Concur, and e-billing platforms.
* Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
* Knowledge of Irish VAT regulations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
* Data-driven with a sharp eye for process efficiency and KPIs.
