The Role As Specification Sales Manager, you will: Work closely with developers, specifiers, contractors & self-builders Manage projects from initial specification to completion Provide technical and commercial input on bespoke solutions Develop long-term relationships across residential construction Cover a West of Ireland & Midlands territory This is a consultative, project-driven role where no two projects are the same.
About You You will likely have: Experience in construction or technical project-based sales Exposure to residential developers or contractors Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills Confidence presenting technical solutions A proactive, self-motivated approach Specification experience is ideal, but site-level contractor sales experience is also highly relevant.
