Job Title: Senior Behaviour Specialist
The role of the Senior Behaviour Specialist is multifaceted and challenging, requiring a strong foundation in psychology and experience working with individuals who require support with their behaviour. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Functional Assessments to develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) that promote positive change and improve overall quality of life.
This includes managing an individual caseload, travelling to different locations as required, completing Functional Assessments, developing MEBSPs in collaboration with relevant others, overseeing implementation and monitoring of each plan, providing training to front-line staff, ensuring all plans are compliant with regulatory standards.
