Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support with product inquiries, pricing, and order updates in-store and over the phone.
* Create accurate quotes and process sales invoices efficiently.
* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
* Keep up-to-date product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers.
* Support the sales and retail teams with administrative and operational tasks.
* Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
