About Your New Job As the Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist, you will: Manage and report all environmental metrics monthly, completing annual AER & EPR reports.
Ensure compliance with TT Standard Work, ISO ), EPA & IED requirements.
Lead initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, waste, energy, and water usage, supporting the sites 2030 Carbon Neutrality goal.
Provide EHS support for manufacturing processes, focusing on chemical processes, electric coating, and wastewater treatment.
Develop and implement health and safety programs to reduce Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and Total Incident Rate (TRIR).
Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and implement practical solutions to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
Oversee the sites Connect & Engage and ABC programs, ensuring timely completion of audits and corrective actions.
What Skills You Need Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable.
2-3 years experience in a world-class manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong competency in EHS management, with a proven track record of delivering key projects.
Proficiency in statistical and graphical tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, A3s).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
