Excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join team based in Dublin.As a Site Manager, will be responsible for for all aspects of the contract deliverable to the Client, overseeing the day-to-day operations on the site, be an expertise point of contact for service providers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.Day to Day of the Role:Coordinate the day to day management of a team of technicians on-siteTrouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysisCompliance/quality engineering – recording and investigation of deviations on qualified utility plant and equipmentEnsure that root cause problem solving is used for all equipment/utility system issuesCarry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as requiredLead continuous improvement projectsGood knowledge and understanding of CMMS systemsDevelop PMs and Job Plans as well as SOPs for plant equipment.Liaising with MRO stores team to identify spare part requirements;Review maintenance programme ensuring optimal uptime levelsExperience with: Boilers / Chillers/ Reverse osmosis/Softeners/Compressed air/Chillers/Cold storage/HVAC Equipment/Waste neutralization/Power distribution/WFI generation and distributionRequired Skills for the Role:Supervisory experience with UtilitiesExperience with six sigma/lean preferredDegree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in mechanical/building servicesPast working experience ideally gained in Pharma or FMCGIf interested please forward an updated CV to
