LimerickAbout the service: A major part of Extern's service provision involves intensive wraparound services to young people assessed as being in need and offers a community-based alternative to youth detention and/or further escalation into the criminal justice system.Youth Diversion Project - A community based, multi-agency youth crime prevention initiative which primarily seeks to divert young people who have been involved in anti-social and/or criminal behaviour by providing suitable activities to facilitate personal development, promote civic responsibility and improve long-term employability prospectsThe Assistant Service Manager will be required to manage all aspects of the programmes in a flexible manner as part of a team.
