Working closely with internal stakeholders such as the General Manager, Revenue Manager, and Group Sales & Marketing Director, collaboration leads to the creation of exclusive partnerships and promotional offers tailored to the hotel's target markets. The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, attractions, and event venues to enhance guest experiences and generate referrals. Through continuous performance analysis and strategic planning, areas for refinement and growth are identified, driving revenue maximisation and contributing to the hotel's long-term success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
* Ideal in a prominent 4/5* Hotel Group context.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Hotel Sales/Business Development, demonstrating success across local, regional, national, corporate, and international leisure markets.
