Job Title:Marketing Lead Salary:DOE Location:Waterford Osborne Recruitment are searching for an experienced Marketing Lead to join a leading healthcare organisation in Waterford.
As the first dedicated Marketing Lead youll build the marketing function from scratch, leading campaigns across social, digital, and traditional channels, driving awareness for both established clinical services and exciting new offerings in the aesthetics area, while shaping the brands growth story.

Responsibilities Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy, supporting business growth, new location openings, and the launch of new direct-to-consumer service lines.
Establish and lead the marketing function with responsibility to build and scale the department over time.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
Manage all digital channels, including website, SEO, social media, email newsletters, and paid advertising.
Oversee website development and optimisation, including SEO, CRM integration, lead capture, and performance tracking.
Manage Google Analytics, Google Ads, and campaign reporting, using data and insights to continuously optimise results.
Lead content strategy, including video, multimedia, and consultant-led content for use across digital platforms.
Support PR and events marketing, including conferences, educational events, and future roadshows or pop-up activations.
Manage online reputation and visibility, including Google Reviews across multiple locations.
Collaborate closely with consultants and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing aligns with clinical services and business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets where applicable, tracking ROI and recommending future investment.
Essential Requirements 5+ years experience in a hands-on marketing role, with proven experience leading and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns independently.
Marketing degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience acting as the sole or primary marketing resource, building marketing activity from the ground up.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, and website optimisation.
Proven ability to use analytics and performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
Experience developing and managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and clinical professionals.
Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
Ability and willingness to work full-time on site and travel occasionally as required.
Nice to have: Experience in healthcare marketing or another regulated environment.
Understanding of public and private healthcare systems and/or insurance-funded services.
Experience marketing direct-to-consumer services, particularly in aesthetics or elective treatments.
Exposure to events, PR, or conference promotion.
Experience with CRM systems, lead management, or conversion tracking.
