Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Account Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of customer service, account management, and relationship-building skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with fundraising organisations to develop and implement strategies for engaging their teams.
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Provide hands-on support to fundraisers in launching and promoting their campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fundraising, events, or customer success/account management, as well as strong communication skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
