* Lead development of new CFM56-7B and Leap 1B engine MRO at Gate 2.
Ensure leadership in safety, quality, cost turn-around time goals attainment. Implement LEAN repair inspection flow processes between Gates 1-3 with special attention to cleaning NDT methods.
