As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and oversee daily administrative operations.Role Overview:The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the office, supporting field engineers, coordinating jobs and schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the office and support a team of engineers.Schedule appointments, jobs, and maintenance visits.Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries in a professional manner.Maintain accurate records, including job sheets, invoices, and certifications.Liaise with suppliers, order materials, and track deliveries.Process invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping tasks.Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.Assist with HR tasks such as timesheets, holiday tracking, and recruitment support.Requirements:Proven experience in office management or administration.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of heating and plumbing terminology is an advantage but not essential.Job Type: Part-timePay: €35,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
