Transaction Analyst Join Element Fleet Management Transaction Analyst role.

Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert and primary interface between all parties involved in the Syndication deal closing process.
Coordinate, organise, and collect all the deal closing document packages on existing funded and on‑book portfolio transactions for investor review and due diligence process.
Review complex documentation for lease and loan transactions while ensuring high‑quality documentation standards and proper review of contracts terms and conditions per the existing deal structure and credit approval.
Assist with training, guidance, and mentoring of new and existing team members; assist with IT projects, integrations, system enhancements and automation initiatives.
Support syndication initiatives related to deal assignments/participations, titling trust, securitization, and secured loans and fulfill all finance activities.
Maintain strong investor relationships and provide support on new and existing deals.
Maintain strong compliance and audit controls and work closely with Finance & Controllership to ensure accurate booking and account reconciliation on new and existing deals.
Meet external and internal client deadlines for transaction closings.
Partner with IT, Finance, Sales, Pricing, Legal and the Syndication Operations team to develop strategies, controls, enhanced reporting, automation and other simplification tools to streamline processes and maintain strong investor relations.
Manage customer/partner data, reporting needs and closely monitor mainframe and financial systems and other IT processes.
Qualifications Must have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; preferred, and/or a minimum of 3‑5 years of related experience in finance, accounting, project management, or financial operations.3‑5 years specialised Syndication Operations and/or leasing documentation experience, working with various investors and/or similar banking loan documentation experience.
Leasing Documentation experience is a strong asset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional analytical, process improvement and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
Experience managing complex projects and teams.
Certification in Six Sigma/Quality (preferred).
