To ensure that we have the right structures in place to support the achievement of our goals we are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role ofDigital Marketing & Social Media Executive.As part of the broader Markets team, this role plays a key part in managing the firm's social media channels, maintaining and updating the website, and optimising the firm's digital brand and strategy.The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & PublishingSocial Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity across corporate, graduate, and recruitment social media channels. Schedule, post, and distribute content using scheduling tools; maintain and update the social media calendar to increase brand visibility and engagement.Content Support: Format and upload news alerts, firm knowledge briefings, and lawyer profiles to the firm's website (via CMS) and social channels.Copywriting: Draft and edit engaging, brand-compliant captions and short-form content for social media posts, ensuring a professional tone of voice.Asset Coordination: Coordinate visual assets (images, infographics, basic video) with internal teams and external agencies.Community & EngagementCommunity Management: Monitor social channels daily, respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions, and escalate queries or risks as needed.Audience Engagement: Proactively engage with followers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to increase visibility and foster professional relationships.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform features, industry trends, and competitor activity within the legal and professional services sectors.Training: Provide best practice guidance and deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders on using social media effectively to build and enhance their professional profiles .Campaign ManagementIntegrated Campaigns: Plan, develop, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and search engines—covering both organic and paid strategies. Support execution by preparing and scheduling digital and social assets in line with campaign timelines.Platform Maintenance: Ensure all social media profiles are up-to-date, on-brand, and compliant with legal/regulatory requirements.Website Management: Maintain and update website content for accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency. This will involve collaborating with internal teams to publish news, jobs, and legal insights.Internal CommunicationsCoordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure accurate, timely communication via internal digital platforms. Align messaging and branding across all channels to maintain consistency.Analytics & ReportingTrack and compile performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) for social posts and campaigns.Collect and analyse data from tools such as Google Analytics and native social platform insights.Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital and social strategies, providing actionable insights.Market ResearchConduct research on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategy and engagement across digital platforms.Qualifications & SkillsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally within professional services, B2B environments, or a marketing agency.Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management tools.Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and communication styles for B2B marketing (with a strong focus on LinkedIn).Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), scheduling tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics)Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting expertise and exceptional attention to detail for engaging senior stakeholders.Highly organised with strong time management abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively.Desired Experience & Skills:Familiarity with the legal sector and professional tone requirements.Basic graphic design and video editing skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Audition, CapCut).Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, HubSpot).Commercial awareness of how digital presence supports lead generation, talent attraction, and visibility of key practice areas.Awareness of marketing trends and best practices.Our OfferCompetitive salaryHybrid working optionsPension contributionsLife assurance and income protection coverA great working environmentA lively sports and social clubApplicationsTo apply for this role, please email with your CV and, for a confidential discussion or for more information, please contact Eimear Power (Recruitment Manager) on
