PE Global Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and professionally qualified Social Worker to join the dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families.
Develop and implement care plans that promote safety, welfare and well-being.
Work collaboratively with children, families, carers and partner agencies.
Participate in child protection, welfare and care proceedings as required.
Maintain accurate records and prepare professional reports.
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
A recognised qualification in Social Work.
Registration with CORU.
Knowledge of relevant child care legislation, policy and best practice.
Eligible to work in Ireland as sponsorship is not offered.
Full driving licence and access to transport (where required).
