Online Content Guardian
As an Online Content Guardian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of digital information.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Albanian, German, Hebrew, Latvian, Romanian, Swahili, or Ukrainian, with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level). You'll have strong resilience to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Enforce community standards by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse.
* Stay up-to-date on products and services.
* Leverage market-specific knowledge to propose scalable solutions for customer support.
* Analyse data to identify trends and improve user experiences.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in one of the following languages: Albanian, German, Hebrew, Latvian, Romanian, Swahili, or Ukrainian (oral and written).
