We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing services to patients with cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide specialist nursing services to patients with cancer
* To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans of care
* To provide education and support to patients, families and carers
* To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
* To maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of patient outcomes
Requirements:
* A degree in nursing or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in oncology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Ability to practice safely and effectively within own scope of practice
