DB Recruitment are supporting one of Ireland's leading building contractors, operating across Ireland and the UK.
We are seeking an experienced
Site Managers
to join a team on award-winning, multi-million-euro projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations, logistics, welfare facilities, security, and public liaison
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, site H&S plans, RAMS, and statutory requirements
Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible working practices
Monitor, report, and rectify H&S issues, incidents, and near misses
Implement and maintain QA/QC systems, Inspection & Test Plans, and Project Management Plans using BIM
Ensure high standards of workmanship, accurate records, daily diaries, and closure of NCRs and QA documentation
Manage short-term subcontractor programmes and contribute to weekly progress reporting
Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, statutory authorities, and internal project teams
Support commercial controls, including material ordering, site records, and subcontractor scope awareness
Requirements
5–10+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
Construction-related degree
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
