Care Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Leader to oversee the delivery of quality care in our Residential Service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and develop our team, ensuring that we provide exceptional support to our service users.
About the Role:
* Lead and coordinate the implementation of care plans, promoting person-centered approaches and inclusive practices.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality care services.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles within health or social care settings.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
Degree Requirements:
1. To be registered in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI) OR entitled to be so registered.
2. Hold an appropriate management qualification in health or social care management. NMBI/CORU Registration required. Skills: Communication Education Building relationships Compassionate Motivated Supportive
