A leading corporate catering provider is seeking a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations at a busy manufacturing site in Galway City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of a high-volume catering kitchen
Deliver fresh, nutritious, and well-balanced meals for onsite staff
Lead and organise the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen costs effectively
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in contract catering, hospitality, or high-volume food service
Strong background in fresh food and large-scale meal preparation
Solid understanding of food safety and compliance standards
Good financial awareness and ability to manage budgets
Strong organisational and leadership skills
