The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant with Nexus Recruitment Partners, you will manage the full recruitment process from candidate attraction through to successful placement while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will recruit across a range of sectors, developing both permanent and temporary opportunities while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and clients alike.
Key duties and responsibilities
Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination, offer management, and placement
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future client requirements
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through regular communication and professional guidance
Manage onboarding, compliance checks, referencing, and documentation where required
Develop innovative candidate attraction strategies to ensure access to the best talent in the market
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with both existing and prospective clients
Gain a detailed understanding of client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to clients
Ensure a high standard of service delivery while consistently achieving agreed targets and objectives
Attend client meetings both virtually and in person when required
Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
Develop long-term client relationships and expand existing accounts
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Nexus Recruitment Partners' services
Contribute to the continued growth and success of Nexus Recruitment Partners
About You
Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales is desirable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware with a proactive and motivated approach
Target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed goals
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Professional, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional service
