The Role:
* Managing legal reporting tasks for the Client.
* Preparing meeting packs and agendas while also attending monthly client meeting with the Partner.
* Assisting with the prep and collation of briefs.
* Carrying out any legal research as needed.
* Filing proceedings in the Central Office.
* Preparing client training material for case management system.
* Providing general legal support within the Litigation department.
* Managing a small caseload of files, supervised by senior management.
* Other Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
* 3+ years’ prior experience as a Legal Executive or similar.
* Experience of managing competing priorities.
* Team focus and willingness and flexibility to work with others.
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
* Discretion and respect for confidentiality at all times.
