Supply Chain Leader Job
We seek an experienced professional to lead and optimize our warehousing and inventory operations. This role is crucial for ensuring materials and components are in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity, to support efficient production and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement standardized work routines and ensure compliance.
* Design and maintain training programs to enhance skills and efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.
* Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
* Monitor stock levels and reorder points.
* Minimize waste, stockouts, and obsolete inventory.
* Improve inventory control systems using ERP platforms.
* Closely coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to manage incoming stock.
* Maintain accurate and actionable inventory data.
Key Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
* Demonstrated expertise with stock control systems and ERP/WMS software.
* Strong working knowledge of inventory systems.
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with lean practices, Kanban systems, or just-in-time inventory.
* Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Analytical approach to forecasting, problem-solving, and decision-making.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
