KYC Compliance Analyst – 6 Month Contract - €61,700 per annum pro rata – Hybrid in Dublin 15
Join the Compliance Operations team responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance, production and development of the company’s AML/KYC program. This position requires handling extensive research and supporting other team members as a Compliance Analyst.
Responsibilities
* Perform Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk customers and resolve customer account issues, following internal SLAs and quality standards.
* Analyse financial transaction activity and document review findings.
* Prepare written analyses for all assigned high-risk customers.
* Resolve AML/KYC referrals from external payment advisors/vendors as directed.
* Become an expert in regulatory requirements in AML/KYC and other compliance due diligence functions.
* Collaborate with teammates and managers to provide input on policies and procedures and other initiatives.
* Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements and work with Compliance Operations to expedite documentation reviews, providing clarification as needed.
Qualifications
* 2+ years’ experience working in financial fraud/compliance operations, specialising in AML/KYC
* Strong research and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working within established service level agreements
* Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team and cross-functional environment, across multiple locations and time zones
* Availability to work 40 hours a week; weekend and/or different shifts patterns may be required

* Salary: up to €61,700 per annum pro rata
