We are looking for Clinical Facilitator to our hospital in Dublin.
Full-time | Specified Purpose Contract (12 months) (Secondments will be facilitated for internal applicants) Responsibilities Lead and support workflow redesign and optimisation to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Facilitate integration with BonsConnect, ensuring site readiness and effective operational processes ahead of go-live.
Support hospital sites in reviewing and improving workflows to drive successful system adoption.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Promote a culture of clinical engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Support senior leaders in adopting effective change management and leadership approaches.
Collaborate across functions, including PMO, hospital sites, working groups, Meditech Expanse team, and external consultants.
Act as the key clinical liaison for stream leads and working groups.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and collaborative forums.
Ensure alignment with clinical governance, quality standards, and support training and capability development for new workflows.
Requirements Registered with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Hold a relevant third-level degree or equivalent qualification.
Certification in Project Management or Business Analysis (desirable).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Demonstrated clinical nurse management experience.
Experience working with IT systems within a healthcare environment.
Familiarity with MEDITECH systems (desirable).
Experience with best-of-breed clinical systems such as RIS/PACS, LIS, or similar (desirable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality and accuracy.
