Your Role:
* Embedding a strong compliance culture within the business
* Ensuring all policies and procedures stay up to date with key regulatory requirements
* Provide advice and challenge to the business on key topics
* Prepare compliance reports to be presented to the board
* Develop and deliver training to staff across the business
* Conduct compliance monitoring and testing
About You:
* Experience working within the insurance and/or reinsurance sector
* 7+ years compliance experience
* Professional qualification/certification in compliance is preferred
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other key business units
