We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive the delivery of human resource information systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical stream on HR technology transformation projects.
 * Design and develop integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and manage teams of integration specialists.
 * Oversee the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
 * Evaluate data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations.
 * Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing core HR systems (such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
 * Familiarity with HR technology trends and emerging solutions.
