Responsibilities
For success, you'll need a strong background in gourmet cuisine - think Michelin or 15 points in Gault & Millau or 2 AA Rosettes and above.
It is your creativity that will impress our guests.
You will also bring new creative ideas and influences with you.
To reaffirm this restaurant's position as one of the best kitchens in Ireland, you must demonstrate passion, flexibility, and dedication in order to exceed our clients\' expectations.
Additionally, you have a passion for training and you are eager to share your knowledge with your team.
Qualifications
Have held, or worked in, a similar position within the fine dining industry for at least two years
Culinary passion for contemporary and creative dining
Michelin, GM, or AA Rosette experience
Having a good understanding of raw materials/ingredients
Talent within the organization
Respectful and loyal to your colleagues, supervisors, and coworkers
Commit to seasonal dining
Flexibility, dedication, and responsibility
