Area Team Leader Position
This is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.
The Area Team Leader will oversee site operations, guaranteeing timely delivery of customer orders through efficient order fulfilment and dispatch processes.
* Create and drive a culture of safety and well-being
* Analyse and implement changes to maintain quality and productivity at a consistently high level
* Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
* Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
* Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
You will work on a varied shift pattern at one of our sites, prioritising productivity while ensuring safety and upholding quality and shift performance standards.
Your tasks include routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and wide-scale operational contingency tasks.
You will also be a role model and mentor to new managers.
