Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions across various project phases.
* Create Part L compliance strategies, including DEAP/NEAP calculations and dynamic thermal simulations using IES VE software.
* Conduct thermal load assessments, overheating analyses, and thermal comfort studies to ensure sustainable project outcomes.

* Carry out embodied carbon assessments, HPI certifications, and life cycle analyses to reduce environmental impact.
Requirements
Education
* A minimum degree in Building Services, Sustainability, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
Experience
* At least 2 years of experience as a Sustainability Engineer, preferably in a consultancy environment.
* Previous experience working on commercial, healthcare, and educational projects in Ireland or the UK is advantageous.
Technical Knowledge
* Familiarity with TGD Part L, CIBSE TM52, TM59, BRE209, and related industry standards is essential.
* Proficiency with tools like IES VE for energy modeling and simulations is required.
Certifications
* Professional certifications such as HPI, BREEAM, or LEED AP are beneficial.
Additional Requirements
* A valid driver's license and ability to conduct site visits is necessary.
