* Maintaining customer accounts to the highest standard.

* Handling customer queries and escalations.
* Applying funds with accuracy.
* Liaising with cross-functional departments across the business.
* Assisting colleagues with various business demands.
* Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
* Representing the company as required.
* Training new employees on department SLAs.
* Updating and maintaining customer portals.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of the email management system.
* Updating customer ledgers to ensure operational efficiency.
* Maintaining a high level of performance in conjunction with department KPIs.
* Handling customer queries through phone and email.
* Ensuring all customer records are properly maintained.
* Ensuring relevant transactions are processed on a daily basis.
* Ensuring accurate document processing and policy information.
