Senior Project Controls Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery.
Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to create and implement schedules, identify risks, and mitigate schedule slip.
Conduct “what if” / scenario analysis on schedules.
Prepare and update cash flow projections and provide forecasts for project completion, manhours, and resources to optimize cost forecasting.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on scalable solutions and team development.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience.
BSc degree in a related discipline (preferred).
Regional experience with professional consultancy (necessary).
Advanced knowledge and proficiency with multiple discipline‑specific software applications such as Primavera P6 and/or other planning and resourcing tools.
Experience within a PMO environment (preferred).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Professional working knowledge of project management and planning software and tools.
