Ecommerce Creative Strategist
who thrives at the intersection of beauty, social media, and performance — someone passionate about transforming creative ideas into campaigns that stop the scroll and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop engaging ad concepts for social platforms across video, static, and story formats
* Collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands to translate positioning into compelling creative angles
* Script and brief user-generated content for creators and influencers
* Identify top-performing hooks, trends, and visual styles, turning insights into scalable creative frameworks
* Work with editors to storyboard and produce high-impact ads
* Partner with the paid media team to test variations and iterate based on performance data
* Track and adapt emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram into campaign ideas
* Build clear and persuasive creative strategy decks for new product and campaign launches
Ideal Candidate
* 2–4 years of experience in social advertising, creative strategy, or performance-driven content roles
* Experience collaborating with beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
* Strong grasp of key campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement rate, CPC, CPA)
* Skilled at briefing creators and producing authentic, high-quality content
* Knowledge of UGC formats, partnership ads, trend-driven storytelling, and short-form video styles
* Confident in building creative testing frameworks and writing scripts for lifestyle or narrative content
* Curious, proactive, and always exploring new ideas worth testing
