About the Position:
This role involves overseeing key business functions beyond sales operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across order processing, stock coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the seamless flow of sales orders, approving them in line with established credit control criteria
* Liaise with outsourcing partners to ensure accurate stock accounting and resolve issues effectively
* Oversee day-to-day operational needs of the office, maintaining adequate supplies and resources
* Coordinate basic IT requirements and external service providers
* Handle general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support as needed by management
Responsibilities Continued:
* Ensure smooth operation of the accounts payable function
* Process invoices from suppliers, addressing queries or issues in a timely manner
* Manage all supplier payments according to company procedures
Requirements for this position include proven experience in an operational or office management role, strong understanding of financial processes, excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in standard accounting and office software packages.
