Job Title: National Campaigns Manager
At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our national campaigns team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering all elements of our fundraising campaigns, including research, development, planning, budgeting, marketing, and review. They will also oversee the flow of creative approvals, copy, and design review to ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver all elements of our fundraising campaigns, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Supervise a team of campaigns professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
* Contract and manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring projects meet agreed objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
* Oversee the identification, sourcing, development, and purchase of premium items, campaign goods, and supporter materials.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level in a relevant field.
* 3-5 years of proven experience in fundraising, marketing, and people management.
* Strong understanding of the Republic of Ireland not-for-profit and voluntary sector.
* Excellent administrative, financial, and analytical skills, including planning and budgeting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
