DescriptionThe Plaza Group are looking to hire a creative and driven Brand Manager*The Plaza Group is one of Ireland's leading independent motorway and primary route services group.Our core brands include the iconic Supermac's, Papa John's Pizza, the delicious SuperSubs and The Moo Parlour Ice Cream, as well as Mac's Place Deli and Bewley's Baristas. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the creation and implementation of the marketing plan across the Plaza Group and support the expansion of the Plaza Group footprint across Ireland. Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role provides a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to develop their career in one of Ireland's home grown success stories.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeSupport the development and implementation of the brand and marketing strategy for the Plaza Group.Development and implementation of localised brand and marketing activity for each of the Plaza Group Retail outletsManage activation across all Plaza outlets including but not limited to Point of Sale, Press, Social Media and SignageBuild relationships with key internal external stakeholders, partners and suppliers.Provide insights on consumer trends, competitor activities and cutting edge marketing strategies.Management of budgets, on time delivery of campaigns and analysis of return on investmentManage brand sponsorships and partnershipsSupport delivery of on-site eventsManage and drive B2B partnershipsDrive and manage The Bus Driver Loyalty programme.Key Skills & ExperienceMin 5 years' experience in retail or an FMCG commercial marketing roleA marketing or business degreeExcellent commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environmentsGood organisational and project management experienceFull driving licence essentialHighly driven, self-starterWhat You Can ExpectCompetitive weekly SalaryCompany VehicleCompany Mobile PhoneDynamic work environmentDiscounted Company hotel breaksA company in growth with a clear vision and amazing culture
