Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to provide expert support to manufacturing operations, ensuring operational goals and objectives are achieved.
About the Role:
* To provide quality assurance expertise in Manufacturing Operations, ensuring operational goals and objectives are achieved for the plant.
* Understand and train as a process owner of manufacturing stations, may also train product builders on processes and engineering changes.
* Assist engineering in providing manufacturing support by reviewing and analysing data to determine manufacturing issues and trends.
* Troubleshoot product and process related issues and identifies root cause through Problem Solving and Root Cause Methodology projects.
* Maintain the Non-Conforming Material area and conduct audits of manufacturing and related areas to assess compliance with internal procedures.
The ideal candidate will have NFQ Level 6 or above in Science or Engineering discipline, minimum of 2 years' experience working in a medical device industry, preferably experience with dispositioning rework product and good knowledge of MES/MES Business Objects Reporting.
