Louth Full-Time | Permanent The Redemptorists Dublin Province is seeking to appoint a Director of Provincial Administration.
This is a newly created senior leadership role based in Dundalk.
The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role within a respected religious congregation with a long-standing mission and presence in Ireland.
The Director of Provincial Administration will lead and oversee the Office of the Provincial, providing high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to the Provincial.
Working closely with the Provincial and designated members of Redemptorist leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that the Province meets all statutory, regulatory, and governance obligations.
As a senior leader, the postholder will contribute both strategically and operationally, ensuring strong administrative structures that support the mission and life of the Province.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Office of the Provincial Provide strategic administrative and governance support Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Oversee governance frameworks, policies, and reporting Manage risk, accountability, and operational effectiveness Support leadership in strategic planning and implementation Ensure administrative practices align with the values and ethos of the Redemptorists The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate: Significant senior-level administrative leadership experience Strong governance, compliance, and risk management expertise Ability to manage complex organisational structures with discretion and integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinking with operational delivery capability A commitment to the values and ethos of the Redemptorists Experience working within mission-driven, charitable, or faith-based organisations would be advantageous.
