Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
* Understand client objectives, challenges, and brand vision to deliver strategic recommendations and tailored solutions.
* Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
* Brand Strategy & Execution:
* Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
* Manage end-to-end brand initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and brand refreshes.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
* Account Management:
* Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution.
* Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, research, production) to deliver integrated solutions.
* Track performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
* Market & Consumer Insights:
* Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
* Interpret consumer data to influence brand positioning, product development, and marketing strategies.
* Collaboration & Leadership:
* Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional alignment.
* Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative thinking and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a
client-facing Brand Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
.
* Strong
account management
skills with a track record of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
