We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead the development of our technical support services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to provide expert guidance and resolve daily customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the development of Viriform technical support for engineers, installers, detailers, and fabricators.
2. SUPPORT THE LAUNCH AND PROMOTION OF OUR NEW PURLIN OFFERING TO THE MARKET.
3. Develop and maintain the technical library, ensuring details and specifications are accurate and aligned with market expectations.
4. Collaborate with Brand Managers on projects requiring technical input.
