What you will help us achieveEmbed European Architecture Governance into European Technology ways of workingSupport the logistics of new Architecture communities of practice and the rollout of new architecture toolingIntroduce reporting and insights capabilities to support discussions on OKRs, technical debt, risk management, etc.Coordinate and manage the EA governance process end-to-end, working across European Lines of Business to ensure value and high-quality architecture outcomesWhat you will need to be successful in the roleThis is a growth role; candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even with partial skills match.While some technical understanding is beneficial, strong technical or Architecture background is not required.
