A new strategy and enabling organization are being created, with overarching European Architecture governance as part of its responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, the Architecture Governance Manager will enhance and support Enterprise Architecture practices across all European businesses.
What you will help us achieve
* Embed European Architecture Governance into European Technology ways of working
* Support the logistics of new Architecture communities of practice and the rollout of new architecture tooling
* Introduce reporting and insights capabilities to support discussions on OKRs, technical debt, risk management, etc.
* Coordinate and manage the EA governance process end-to-end, working across European Lines of Business to ensure value and high-quality architecture outcomes
What you will need to be successful in the role
* This is a growth role; candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even with partial skills match.
* While some technical understanding is beneficial, strong technical or Architecture background is not required. Support and guidance will be provided, and this role is ideal for someone seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to shape a new function.
* Self-organizing and structured, with a passion for defining and implementing best practices
* Highly collaborative, motivated to build cross-team partnerships
* Organized and effective in coordinating large groups across functions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively within formal project management methodologies
* Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting based on operational needs
* Experienced change agent, supporting organizations through strategic change and innovation cycles
