**Job Summary:** We are seeking a versatile HR professional to drive best practices across our organization. This role involves collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day Human Resources support, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Manage recruitment processes for designated roles, coordinating interviews, reference checks, contract preparation, and paperwork issuance
* Facilitate onboarding programs, induction processes, and offboarding procedures
* Support payroll functions by ensuring timely delivery of timesheets, reports, and notifications, as well as maintaining accurate data in the HR system (Workday)
* Act as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, providing advice to managers on various HR/ER issues, including discipline, grievances, absence management, performance management, sickness absence, and policies
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR, Psychology, or Business/Commerce
* 2-3 years' experience in an HR-related role
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications, Excel, TMS systems, DocuSign, and HRIS
* Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and Practice
