Cocoa Atelier
Cocoa Atelier is an artisan producer of fresh, handmade chocolates since 2010. It is made up of a small team based in a production kitchen in Park West producing the finest handmade chocolate.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:30 to Hours may vary slightly during seasonal periods).
This is a full-time temporary position (3 month contract) in a food production role.
Daily Tasks
* Assisting with the production of chocolate and confectionery in Park West location e.g. fresh chocolate ganache, marshmallows, seasonal items
* Preparing orders for retail & wholesale customers
* Assisting with lab upkeep and maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
* Assisting with production records & paperwork
