Building Envelope Technologies is a leading provider of innovative solutions for building envelopes, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team on a temporary, part-time basis.
Role Overview:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing our accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from clients, and supporting the finance team in maintaining cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment
* Maintain accurate records of all customer accounts
* Assist with resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
* Support the finance team with reporting and reconciliation tasks
* Liaise with other departments as required to ensure smooth credit control operations
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance
* Experience using Sage 50 accounting software
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
* Ability to work independently and meet deadline
