This is a full-time role that will suit an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday on-site at our offices in Galway.
Responsibilities:
* Provide accounts and administrative support for different departments.
* Assist with daily office tasks and financial duties.
* Ensure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time.
* Support month-end reports to ensure accurate figures.
* Send customer invoices daily to guarantee timely billing.
* Manage ship-through claims to protect company profits and cash flow.
* Oversee tender submissions to guarantee timely and correct submissions.
* Respond promptly to emails and phone calls and resolve any issues effectively.
* Order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
Requirements:
* A degree or relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role.
